Interview
Question 1:
''What have you learned from your mistakes?''
Carlo D'Amico:
''I think one of the most important things I've learned is persistence. Not to give up too soon, because the solution is probably right in front of me. Furthermore, I have learned to give every person a second chance, because first impressions can often be misleading.''

assignments require a great deal of independent work and research, others need a team effort because it is most effective; I always show enthusiasm for working as a member of a team.''
Question 5:
''How do you handle stress and pressure?''
Carlo D'Amico:
''Prioritizing my responsibilities gives me a clear idea of what needs to be done, and when; I react to situations, rather than to stress. That way, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful.
From a personal perspective, I manage stress by visiting the gym three times a week. It's a great stress reducer.''
